Word Could not create the work file

Interesting issue cropped up this week when trying to roll out a WDS image to new desktops, after installing Windows 10 and the latest version of Office 365 a problem appeared when trying to preview word documents.

Whenever we tried to preview a word document within windows explorer we would receive the above message

After a lot of looking around on the web i finally came across a Microsoft article, there was a lot of detail in this but right down the bottom as a work around they detailed deleting the following registry keys.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{00020827-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{65235197-874B-4A07-BDC5-E65EA825B718}

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{84F66100-FF7C-4fb4-B0C0-02CD7FB668FE}

After a restart of the desktop, this is the only thing that seems to have fixed this problem for me.
